The AMI team in Amsterdam was invited to watch the screening and meet with the director of the upcoming movie Maria Montessori La Nouvelle Femme. The film, directed by Léa Todorov, is set at the beginning of the 20th century. Lili d’Alengy is at the height of her fame as a Parisian demimondaine. To preserve her reputation and hide her daughter Tina, who has learning difficulties, she flees to Rome. Her life is turned upside down when she meets Maria Montessori.

The film was already released in France, Germany, and Austria. It will be released on 17 April in Belgium and on 30 May in the Netherlands. For more information and to watch the trailer, click here.
